Dr. Cheryl Grech is the Head of Legal at DZ Advisory, providing comprehensive legal support across all facets of the firm’s operations with a particular focus on investment migration.
Cheryl joined DZ in 2026, bringing with her a wealth of experience and legal acumen. She earned her Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Malta in 2010 and was subsequently awarded her warrant to practice law in the Courts of Malta in 2011. Cheryl began her legal career with a traineeship in 2009 before transitioning into the corporate sector. Her diverse experience spans industries such as iGaming, marine, and aviation, where she has honed her skills in corporate law.
Furthering her professional development, Cheryl attended the Professional Award in Taxation course between 2017 and 2018 and was awarded the Foundation Certificate in Trusts Law and Management in 2020.
She is an active member of the Chamber of Advocates Malta and the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners Malta.
Languages: Native Maltese and English. Fluent in Italian, with a working knowledge of French.
